Taco Salad

  • 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 100 grams of lean ground beef
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp of chili seasoning –
  • Crunched up melba toast
Saute ground beef and spices.
Sprinkle on top of lettuce and top with crumble melba toast.

Crunchy Apple Chicken Salad

  • 4 Ounces chicken cooked and diced
  • 1 apple diced
  • 3 stalks celery diced
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Dash of cardamom
  • Stevia to taste
Mix ingredients, sprinkle with stevia and cinnamon. Chill for 20
minutes.

Cucumber Salad

  • 1 thinly sliced cucumber
  • 1 T. vinegar
  • 1 t. dill
  • Stevia
  • Black pepper
Mix all of the ingredients except for the cucumber. Stir in the cucumbers and refrigerate for 20 minutes or serve immediately.
