Excerpt from Kevin Trudeau’s book: The Weight Loss Cure [download]
This is weight loss program for life, it is not a diet, not an exercise program, not a psychological behavior modification program, or some other system that is supposed to help you lose weight. The weight loss program actually addresses and corrects the physiological cause of obesity, weight gain, and inability to lose weight.

I need to get off the diet two weeks early. Is there anything I can do as far as damage control?

Hi Melissa, I am so sorry for the delay, we didn’t get a notification you had e-mailed šŸ™‚ To end the diet early is discouraged, however I would still do Phase 3 and 4 as closely as you can to do your best at resetting the weight you have lost so far! Thank you so much,

Is there a strict guide to follow for phase 3, aside from no starches and no sugars? I read in the handbook that you must follow phase 3 as strictly as phase 2. So I was hoping there would be a similar list of foods allowed and specific foods to avoid. I’ve read contradicting advise. Some say you can eat cheeses and meats to your hearts content(even bacon and sausage). Others have said you need to slowly increase your calories daily and avoid cheese. I am really looking forward to my omellette on Saturday, but I don’t want it to cause a weight gain.

I would really appreciate any advise you have!

Thanks again for your product and support!

      Hi Rose,

We would be happy to share some more tips with you for Phase 3. Please feel free to give us a call anytime 907-602-1440.

Phase 3 is very similar to the Atkins Diet. You want to follow the instruction in your Success Manual and gradually increase your calories. You can add in all types of meat as well as any fruits and vegetables you would like except starchy items such as carrots, corn, squash things like that. Cheese is ok to add in as well, just watch the amount and maybe do that towards the end of the first week of Phase 3.

      Have a great day!
